Project management of green and brownfileld sawmill planning, construction and startup, RFQ implementation and comparison, layout planning, due diligence studies and reporting, successful management of large scale complex asset divestments, numerous sawmill and wood industry pre-studies, feasibility studies and turn around projects. Experience of working with the largest multi-national companies to family owned companies and everything in between.

Klaus Jansson Jr.

Anu Mineo

Wood Technology Engineer

Anu is a final year student at LAB University studying Wood Technology Engineering. Through internships, she has already gained hands-on experience in both the sawmill and furniture industries.

Before transitioning to the wood sector, Anu worked for over a decade as a practical nurse.

Her extensive experience working closely with people is sure to be an asset when dealing with customers in the wood products industry.

As a career changer, Anu is enthusiastic and highly motivated to learn, and eager to put into practice the knowledge she has gained during her studies.

Harri Eela

Senior Partner, Chairman of the Board

Harri has over 40 years of experience in industry across several sectors, including sales, product development, corporate management, and consulting. He is familiar with areas such as wood-based panel manufacturing processes, invest-in work in regional development, as well as board membership and governance.

Harri has spent nearly his entire professional career in international environments, with positions both in Finland and abroad. He also has experience working in organizations of all sizes—from small family-owned businesses to large multinational corporations, and everything in between.

In 2025, Harri stepped down from his main role in regional development in the Kotka-Hamina area, which has freed up time for him to contribute through 1Point5 Oy.

Harri's hobbies are focused on physical activity and family life, without forgetting culture.
